940 A/C down twice in 2.5 years - resoldered MCC board 900

Do you guys think it's weird that I've had to resolder the MCC board in my '92 940 twice in 2.5 years? The a/c was working fine a couple weeks ago and then I get the dreaded phone call from my wife...."honey, the a/c is blowing warm air". Checked the low pressure switch - no power. Checked the compressor - no power. Pulled the MCC circuit board in about 15 minutes - and that same solder joint had cracked again. Really, no problem to fix, just wondering why it did it again so soon.

And to anyone out there with a 940 with a manual climate control (MCC) - and your a/c quits working, look in the faq for a discussion about this. It's a very easy fix.
