Looking at a 760 700

Fellow Volvo drivers: I have some experience with 240's but recently a 760 Turbo has been offered to me at what seems to be a great price: 1984, 78K original miles, inherited from a grandfather, windows do not work but seems to run fine. Price $1200.00. I don't know anything about 760's. Is this too good to be true?? Thanks in advance. Tim
