UPDATE: 740T fouling plugs/no warm restart 700 1998

Well I decided to take it in for a hundred dollars to have it hooked up on the computer, they told me they can pin point what the problem is exactly. Well, they can't, and told me my plugs were fouling, that something was telling the injectors to open wide and dump fuel in. The motor is getting spark and fuel [obviously :)]. I already replaced the engine coolant temp sensor for the ECU, so whats next? The ECU itself? I already spent a little over a hundred already, so i'd liek to keep this minimal....

Thoughts?

Dan
