Synthetic Oil 700

I have read a number of Posts relating to Using Synthetic Oil & using this in engines can cause leaks?
Well recently I did a mandatory Oil Change on my 760 with PRV6 and last weekend I discovered a pool of oil under the car after it had been driven.
As for the seals & Gaskets this has now disturbed do I change the oil Now before any further Seal / Gasket damage or do I wait until it is due again to be replaced? And would it be unwise to use Synthetic Oil again?
I have also noticed that the Rocker cover Gaskets are starting to seep a little as well.
