Factory tow hitch, need mounting hardware... 200

I bought a factory Volvo hitch for my 245. It was used and didn't come with mounting hardware. So far I have secured it to the car with 6 bolts (M8?), which may be all that is necessary. In looking at the car/hitch I noticed a rather large (m14?) bolt that goes through the body and comes out right near a big hole in the hitch. I think this bolt holds the bumper mounting bracket, or something. At any rate, if this bolt were longer it would provide me with one more connection to the car (and a big one, at that).

So, the question is this: Did the hitch come with longer bolts from Volvo? If I do need to use these bolts, does anyone have a suggestion of where I could get them?

(I haven't tried the dealer yet...)
