looking at a '91 745T 700 1991

Hi everyone.

Today afterwork i am going to look at '91 745T with 138xxx miles. Dark gray with blk. interior. I did check the 700/900 FAQ about what to look for. Are there other specifics things i can look for. It is from an auto dealer. There are no records on maintenance work. Asking price is $3500 OBO. I will get the VIN # to a check for accidents/odom.tampering etc. I have seen the car once already. Looks really clean. On the day i went to see it, the car had dealer plates on it and one of the salesman told that his boss had the keys, the manager, is driving the car. So i am thinking that it must be in good shape seeing that he is using the car personally. I will ask to see if i could get my indy volvo guy to take a look at itfor a fee. Also what can i expect as far as upkeep of ths car?. I know that having a turbo requires a little more attention.
These are the things that i will look at:

1 relays.
2 rear engine leaks. check oil cap.
3 timing belt.
4 bushings frt/rr.
5 turbo check. How do i check the turbo for leaks looseness or anything else?

If there is anything i left,Please feel free to add on.
Thank you very much. B.
