anyone know size of trans and diff drain bolts? 200

I have an 84 245 M46 and have never changed the trans or rear diff fluids before but does anyone know what the filler and drain bolt sizes are? I read somewhere that one of them was a 4 point (7/16" I think)??

I decided to go with valvoline synthetic ATF fluid and synthetic 80-90W. Thanks!
