Hose from master brake cylinder to intake manifold. 700 1986

Guys! I'm in the middle of putting in my new wiring harness from Dave Barton, but I can't seem to get this stubborn hose to budge! The hose is the thick hose going from the side of the intake manifold to the master brake cylinder. I can't get either side to come off so I can get the manifold out of there! My question is.... Is this just a normal vacuum hose like the other 20 billion connected to intake manifold, or is there some way to screw, cut, and or mutilate this thing off?

If I wreck it, is it cheap or pricey at the dealership? I'm guessing it depends what kind of hose it is.

Anyone who can help me get this off would be a great help, thank you!
