Pulling the engine sans hoist. 140-160

My roller rockers came with the big aluminum bridge and an aluminum cover, all had been on a Volvo powered Marcos race car in England. The bridge thing replaces the two rocker shaft support towers and has a large flange that extends around the base of the valve cover - it fits against the head and the valve cover then rests on it lifted it up about 1/5 or 1/4 inch. So I'm hoping I won't have that problem.
