Leaking Water Into the Cabin 200 1981

My 81 242 is leaking water into the cabin. It seems to come in right behind the kick panel that is on the right side of the front passenger's right foot. The floor mat and carpet end up all wet. Any ideas where this might be coming from? The car has a sunroof. Also, I did have the wiper motor out a while back and re-used the sticky caulking between it and the body. Related question: Where can I buy some more of the sticky caulking? The auto parts store where I usually shop doesn't carry it.
