ABS bleeding question

You can buy a plastic hose clamp at Autozone that will not damage the hose, or use a pair of vice grips around which you have placed layers of tape. Don't squash the hose, just squeeze it enough to restrict it. And as Chris notes, keep the bleeder open while retracting the pistons.
