Fuel Pump 1800 1970

The pump is far beyomd 30 psi, but the pressure regulator is what controls that. It was used mainly for the "big 6" BMW motors, but also for the M3. Anyway, 50% more injectorsd than I have.

I put this in my 122, but as I recall from my '70 1800E, the middle outlet of the pump was the overflow. Regardless, the pump overflow tee-ed into the return from the pressure regulator in the engine compartment. The tee was replaced with a straight section of hose to the tank return fitting.

The 3 port pump was only used for one year and has been superceded by the 2 port model.
