Stalling in the turns? 700

Hi all. My question is pertaining to a 1985 740 Turbo Wagon. It has stick shift and starting about 2 months ago the engine seems to bog down while turning. It doesn't matter what gear I am in, but if I am accelerating though a turn, the engine violently stalls, and then smooths out as soon as the wheel is straight. What could be causing this problem? The exhaust did break a month ago, and was poorly fixed by us, but it had been doing this before hand. Do you think this may be something wrong w/ the fuel system? Has anyone else experienced this? Any advice you can give would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
