HELP! Door hinge problem 200 1991

Job was a success, and I lubricated door latch and window mechanism while I was in there.
I took off the door, and used the kid's old wagon with a folded up tarp as a cushion to hold up the door. I didn't have to snake all the wires thru, just kept the door on its side close by on the wagon.
Then, got behind fuses to take off hinge. Initial problem was that the two toothed rollers were locked solid by rust. PB Blaster and channel locks broke them loose.
Wire Spring was not retained well in the hinge part that fits to the car.
Putting the hinge back on the car pushed the spring into its slot behind the hinge.
I had marked around the hinges so reassembly was not a big deal. First time I shut the door, it was fine.
So after almost 2 years of listening to that noise, it's gone.

Don't be afraid to try a repair, just take your time and think thru it.

Only one problem now. How do I get radio to work again? It just says code.
