Valves? 700 1989

Resoldered fuel pump relay and radio suppression relay? Compression sounds good. Vibration? Do you mean valve clicky noise? This would indicate the need for valve clearance adjustment. Much info on this in the FAQ section but this would not cause momentary cutting out if that is the problem you are describing. Valves grossly out of adjustment would reduce engine performance but not cause intermittent cut out. Assume you have looked after the basics such as plugs, wires cap and rotor.
