lost compression on all 4 cyl.at once 700 1988

lost compression on all 4 cyl.at once
the car stalled this morning after starting ok
now it turns over as if the plugs were taken out
i have checked belt(did not slip a tooth),plugs are ok,
all the valves open and close normaly
compressiontest gives less than 2kg on each cyl.
a new head was installed last june(other one cracked)
the car ran like a dream yesterday
no oil or water in cyl.
i will be taking off the head tonight
does anyone know what can cause this suddenloss of compression


help please
