Inactive vehicle - maintenance

I have a 1991 940 Turbo with 157k miles which has been fairly inactive for the past 6 months. I have a company vehicle to use and this Volvo just sits in my driveway all week. I start it regularly during the winter months and take it out for a ride every other week for an hour or so each time.

My question is what kind of maintenance or precautions should I be considering? Does engine oil or other fluid go bad just from sitting? I don't think I'll be using it too much in the near future so any advice you have will be appreciated.

Car resides in MA (Cape Cod area) so salt air and harsh winters come into play.

Thanks,
Jay
