Should I get my tail-gated 240 repaired?

Hello all,

Yesterday while driving my son to daycare in my 1986 240 DL wagon (125,000 miles), I was hit from behind by someone who wasn't paying attention (arrrgh!). In absolute praise of the Volvo's durability, even though he was going 20-25mph, my volvo is practically unscathed, with only scratches on the bumper and maybe a slight dent in the right rear quarter-panel, and my son and I are fine. The perpetrator's car was crumpled and undrivable. So, my question is, should I even bring it in to get checked, and if so, what should I have them look for? Also, should I have the bumper replaced? Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks,

peej
