Removing 940 Wagon Inside Tailgate Panel 900 1993

Hi:

Just got our '93 940, and I want to replace a rusty "H" bracket used to hold the rear license plate. I dont have a repair manual yet, so could someone tell me how to remove the inside panel to get at the bolts holding the bracket? There are 4 plastic screws holding the panel along the bottom inside, but not sure where else it is connected. Thanks!
