Hi:

There was this lady on EBay selling rebuilt cartriges for Turbos. I bought one for my 1986 Turbo Wagon. Look under Volvo Turbocharger. I'll also see if I can find my receipt. Worked good gor me, she did a nice job around $125.00. And you don't have to send her your core. It wasn't too hard to replace. I took the complete Exhaust Manifold off and worked on the bench. Make sure you soak the Manifold and Turbo nuts overnight with a good Penitrating Oil, I used Kroil. Makes a big difference and saves alot of cursing and grief.
