On the FAQ's it is only recommended to remove the fan and shroud. Has anyone just removed the Fan and left the shroud to protect the radiator? Or does it to go the extra mile and remove the radiator?

From the illustrations I see that the Cam and Intermediate Pulleys are bolted on. How is the Crank pulley held on?

Do I need a "Pulley Puller" to remove any of them?

Specificlly what type of oil or grease is recommended for pretreatment to the seals and head/block.
