Radio Replacement 200 1987

I own a 240 DL, 1987, and my radio is starting to go. It losses the signal every now and then and never gets a good lock on a station, in FM or AM. On top of all that, the cassette player skips and eats tapes, which is no fun. I went to Best Buy to see if i could get something new, possibly CD, however i was denied. They say that becuase its Swede made, the ohms in the system can't take a newer deck, or the deck can't take the ohms (one of the two), because its preamped. So i was wondering if anyone knew of a place to get a new radio from volvo, or a shortcut to getting a CD player installed with out having to rewire my whole car.

Thanks
-Merlin
