Snowtires all year? 200

This is dumb question but here goes....I am short on money so I don't really want to buy a new set of tires (2) for my old 240. Is there anything wrong with just keeping the snow tires on all year round? (I know they will reduce gas mileage but other than that?) Also the recommended inflation pressure (written on the tire wall) for these tires is 45 PSI. I keep the regular front tires at around 32-35 PSI per the Owner's manual recommendations. What kind of pressure should I keep in the snow tires (winter and summer)? Fix-it Mom
