Question about Frequency Valve on 240 Turbo 200 1983

Hi,
I have a question about the frecuency valve, Its about:

1. When cold, my car starts ok, the frequency valve buzzing

2. When is warm, I have to disconnect the Frequency Valve (I put a switch) because I have bad performance, black somoke, erratic idle, etc.

NOTE: I have disconnected the Oxygen Sensor Because its bad, and It Is hard to find the BOSCH #11038 on my country.

The point 2 starts this syntoms about 1 month ago, I have disconnected the Oxygen sensor about 6 months and I have no problem.

The question is:
1. On the cold condition, the Thermal Cut-Out Swich and Pressure Switch works? I read this sensors ground the pin 7 of the ECU but is this on the warm condition?

or the frequency valve is bad?

Excuse me of this dummy questions but I dont know where start to check...

Edwin
