Engine swap? 200 1983

1. My 83 B23F (LH2.0) is "blown". Can I swap out a B230? My dist. is in the front, are the B230's from a 240 in front or at the rear? If I CAN use a B230, which LH system do I use? What about mating the engine to my auto tranny? Has anyone done this swap?
2. If I "rebuild" my B23F, with me doing the assembly, how much $ to get the block boiled, clearances checked, grinding, etc.?
3. If I get a good donor block from a B23F,what is the minimum to do to put my good head on it? (Check clearances,if the head or top of block needs grinding to match up, does it require disassembly?) If so, maybe go all out for a rebuild of mine?See #2
TIA, Mark
