Power Seat Switch - Access to Switches for Replacement S90-V90 1997

The passenger power seat switch for moving the back rest forward appears to be out. I can take all of it apart quite easily, but once I get to the plate on the back, take off the two torche screws holding it on and the two little phillips screws holding on the wiring plate, it still seems to be stuck, indicating to me that there is still something for me to loosen or remove, such as a clip? Does anyone have either a diagram that will show what I need to do or have experience replacing those swirches and can advise me on how to do it?
