rear bushings on 745T 700

Is there a special tool to remove and replace the large conical bushings on in rear of my 92 745T wagon...Im sure mine are getting soft...What about the large bushing which is plastic, rubber and steel 3 inches in diameter between the body and the trailing arm forward off the rear axle. Its about even with the rear jacking point.
