240 turbo axle and brakes on 142 140-160 1968

My car needs brakes all around, not just the pads and rotors, but the calipers as well. So I find this a good oportunity to upgrade to 240 turbo parts. I can get calipers for the front from u-pull-it for like $15 each, and I can get a whole rear axle for $65 including all of the brakes and stuff. What should I pull off of the car in order to complete all of this. Also what is the diff ratios for those cars and which ones came with a LSD? Is the rear track on the 240 turbos different than the 140? I need any and all information (what parts are needed, I will have my shop do most of the installing) for this conversion. First I need to know if it is possible.
Thanks in advance,
Later,
Kyle - KLR142
