Steering Movement! 900

I just recently put my summer tires back on. I noticed after they where put on there was a loose feeling in the steering. Comming out of a turn, when the car goes back to the straight position, I can feel a little give in the steering wheel. It is not smooth like it was. Why is this? Are the wheels on the wrong sides? Is the balance off on one of the tires? It is annoying it was perfect before. (The 4 snow tires and summer tires are on seperate wheels)

Thanks, Shawn
