1991 240 Starting Issues 200 1991

I just bought a 1991 240 with 130,000 miles about a month ago, and I've had starting problems. Usually I have to crank it over 2 or 3 times before it will start.

Just this morning it stalled on me shortly after taking off, and I haven't been able to start it up again. Does anyone have any suggestions? I've tried replacing the fuel pump fuses, and am considering replacing the fuel filter and fuel pump relays. The previous owner had a new fuel pump installed not too long ago. I'm not a mechanic - so how difficult is it to replace the fuel pump? I spent a little time on the phone with a guy from NAPA and he said it shouldn't be too difficult.

Thanks
