Anyone ever do the Valve Ball replacement on AW70/1 transmissions? 200

Back when I was in the Compuserve Automotive forum, there were a couple of auto trans rebuilders there who swore by the Lube Gard products, to the point that they would not warranty a rebuild without it. Call me a sucker for believing advertising hype, but the difference before/after with fresh ATF and Lube Gard was dramatic. For a few bucks I think it's worth it. Again, the red bottle, available at NAPA stores.
