extreme vibration in my 1964 122S 120-130 1964

I have a 1964 Volvo 122S. I installed the poluurethane front/rear bushing kit from IPD in it. After the install the slight vibration became an extreme vibration. Background...I had new tires mounted but no alignment done, the rear end leaks slightly and needs filled about every 2 months, when installing the bushing minimal grease was used. The vibration starts at about 50 mph and shakes up til 70 mph. But today the vibration started at 35 mph. I was wondering if the drive shaft might be the problem. The repair book I have talks about the drive shaft causing a vibration. I'd appreciate any and all advice on this, I'm about ready to sell the car because of this. Thans Karl
