IPD Transmission Flush Hose 900 1992

Don't waste money on their hose. Just use the clear vinyl (aquarium) hose and mount to the top radiator outlet. I used four gallons of wal-mart dexron for the flush at a cost of 14 us. I did drain the pan first which was easy and added about 2.25 quarts. My wife started the car and I had her run through the gears waiting for 2 quarts of fluid to come out to fill a market gallon jug. Drain 2 quarts and add 2 quarts until you get bright red fluid. Drive around after correcting the level for about 2 - 500 miles then do the same flush with mobil one sythetic trans fluid. This time just use the 8 quarts of fluid. 40us and you've got a great flush. Mine was quite black when I did this. The trans has stopped "hunting" for a different gear at moderate speeds now. Good Luck.
