arghh Vacuum hoses.. urgent help please 200

I am going nuts!
All these vacuum hoses are so confusing! If anyone can help me... i have a B23e, and hoses everywhere. The picture below is a diagram of my intake manifold (ignore the arrow). And i urgently need to find out..

1. which one is going to the fuel pressure regulator
2. which one i can put a 'T' in to plumb in a vacuum gauge

also.. the hose closest to the front of the picture (which goes to a little red thing on the engine block) is cracked and not looking healthy...

Any help would be awesome... i fear i might just go irreversibly crazy.
