Possible value of car ('82 245 DL) 200 1982

Hi everyone. So we're now selling one of our three 240s, the '82 245 DL. I'm not sure what it really worth, I see prices all over the place for these cars. It's an auto, 234k+ miles, running, noisy fuel pump (main under car one), new intank pump, newer mufflers, newer tires, couple scratches with minor dents on two of the doors, pretty clean inside, pretty clean outside. We've had it since '88. Not currently smogged, non-op registration since we haven't used it for some time.
So what's the consensus on what it's worth? Anyone interested (Northern CA).
