Slow cranking resolved 200 1980

Well I pulled the starter from my 1980 242 DL after testing all connections. Whoa! the bushing on the end of the spindle was non existent and there was bushing dust all over the end of the starter. This explains the grinding sound while cranking as well as the slow crank. I will update once the new starter is in.
Thanks,
Marty
