HOt start problem 200 1985

Hi All Been a while but i have playing withg my 945 more than my 245 but i'm back for more help.
The problem is my 245 runs good first thing in the morning , or whenever i first start it. But after i turn it off i will not restart for about 3-4hours. I have repalced the engine harness(btw its a b230f), IAC, Cap And Rotor, plugs, wires, change Fuel pumps, oil/filter,fuel filter, fuel pump relay and other odds and end on my jorney to perfection. But i have no clue on this one. I was thinking Hall Sensor, or ,maybe FPregulator(even though it seems fine).
What it does is turns over and over (on attempted restart) i can smell fuel the relay clicks and pumps are pumping, but it seems like there is no spark. The Tach "twitches" when turnning over so the coil is working.
Any Help is Apprieciated.

PS I picked up a set of NOVA rims with no curb rash, for $75 so i now have 2 Aries pn/6819316-8 in near mint shape for sale email me for details(the other 2 are scrap aluminum, anyone have the going rate?)
