Fuel manifold removal Question 200

Just want to make sure I am not missing anything here. I started to replace my fuel injector seals but did not get past removing the fuel line from the manifold. That union is really on tight. Sprayed it with PB Blaster and it won't budge, in fact I have torqued the fuel manifold. Went to the junk yard to get another and the replacement manifold came off with a chinese cresent wrench. Now that I have a replacement I can get serious. I expect it will take some vise grips to hold it as the 14 mm nut is rounding out. Only thing I am afraid of is damaging the fuel line. Does anyone have some tips on removing this connection? Is it so tight because the line is pressurized?

Thanks Steve
