Radio Error Code EEEE (why is it screaming at me?) 900

First try to reset per the OM. If all else fails and there isn't a wiring problem you may be able to reset the radio to get the code by pulling the radio fuse or disconnecting the battery for a few seconds. It worked for me one time.
