93 960 headjob and timing marks 900

Okay, the head is off and I didnt have #1 at TDC. I had a mark on the serpentine belt pully and vibration damper lined up with a mark on the block and the cam pullys lined up to the notchs in the cover. I rotated the crank and I never see the mark on the crank line up with any piston at TDC. Is there a mark on the lower timing belt cog that I can't see because I never took the vibration damper off? I have seen on other vehicles an indention on the face of the lower timing belt pully. Is that what I got here? I wood think the #1 piston would be at TDC when the cams line up on their reference marks but I dont see that in my book and so I plan to put the timing belt back on just like it came off unless someone can prove to me otherwise. It was running pretty good to have busted exhaust valves so the timing belt must have been right. And I also plan to run mobile 1 to keep the valves from varnishing up again. Unless of course i find a good amisol dealer in my area who can sell me his stuff at a resonable price......
