Car starts does not turn over... 200

Hi,
Today I replaced the Valve Cover gasket on my '88 244 with 159K. After I was all done and changed the oil, the car turns over, but will not start. I have checked my connections, all seem to be ok, The plug wires are on correctly and I replaced the fuel pump relay with a spare, no change. I have checked the 700FAQ but can't seem to find my culprit.

What am I missing?
