Go ahead and remove/inspect/clean the PCV hose that runs across the valve cover, small hose to the manifold, Y fitting, and short hose below it. All of these twist apart... just be gentle. Also remove & check the brass nipple on the manifold... apparently that get plugged sometimes.

The oil breather box, under all those hoses, is a bit more complicated to remove & check... start with the hoses & see how that goes.
