More on re-using fasteners 200

I should have asked about this in yesterday's question about bushings.
Not long ago someone asked about re-using the front caliper bolts. Okay so what about rear suspension fasteners (I'm replacing rear bushings)? Bentley says replace the locking nuts (sounds like a good idea). They do not give sizes or thread. From memory, there four M14's for the trailing arms, twelve M12's for shocks/sway bar torque rods and track rod and two M10's for the spring seats.
Is this correct?
Should I replace them or use the old ones? If so, what material are they made of? And are these coarse or fine thread?
