blue smoke/breather box update 700 1992

Good evening all.

I talked with my mechanic today about the issues with the blue smoke and had told me last week the when the last oil change was performed, they,PO had overfill the oil. That was why i had blue smoke. Then i asked him was it a possibility that my crankcase ventilation(flame trap) could be plugged and he said yes.He also said that the turbo was fine (thank the auto GODS).No leaks from the seals. I was relieved of that.I then cleaned the hoses to the ventilator (2 of them).I also loosened the oil cap to do the dancing oilcap test. She danced something awful.I also noticed a change in the idling too. I have not checked the turbo intercooler hoses yet.Too cold out and no garage. I did take a little paperclip and stuck into the hole that is on topwhere the small hose from the flame trap was connected. It was clogged too. What would be the next thing i dhould do? Turbo piping and intercooler? Thanks for eveyone's help.
