No turn signals 700

Hi

I was driving my 86 V6 760 today and I found out I don't have any LH/RH turn signals or any dashboard turn signal lights. I checked the fuse for the signal lights it is alright. Does the switch stuff up on these cars can anybody give me any info on what the problem could be
