Strange Noise - Follow Up - Exhaust Manifold Gasket 900 1995

I had the car checked today, and the mechanic said the strange noise is due to and exhaust manifold gasket leak. He can't fix it today, so I will have to bring it back. Obviously I will have him replace all 4 gaskets, but is there anything else that makes sense to replace at the same time to avoid labor cost down the road to get back in to the same area?

What is a reasonable estimate to do this. I checked with the local Volvo dealer and they want $450. I assume the parts cost only a few dollars, so this is all for labor.
