no fuel at hose like you discribed the problem im haveing witch i should of posted (my fault) is when i start car i have to keep it running. when it runs its ok if i shut it off warm and start it up warm i have to keep it running for a few . this is with it warm or cold. it just wont turn over and run. thanks . also dont here the bypass valve at all. this should make a sound i think at least this is what manuals say
