I don't know if you'll find brand new. If Volvo does still sell them I'm sure they go for at least $400 per seat if not much much more. Best thing would be to go to a local pick and pull and see what you can find. I got a pair in pretty decent shape for $80 plus a bunch of miscellaneous stuff thrown in. Next best would be to check the classifieds here on the board. If someone is close enough to you it would be worth it to go pick them up. Of course there is always ebay where you will occasionally find a set for sale but the shipping might kill you.

First you will need to determine just what is wrong with your seats. Is it just tears in the material or is the foam totally shot and the seat grid is missing half of its little rods and springs. IPD sells all the parts to reconstruct a seat. As Rob said it is not brain surgery it just depends on how much time and $ you are willing to put into it.
