hi everyone!

i have an 88 760 2.8 300k auto
car runs good smooth and fairly strong
it must go for emissions test and we now have a $450 repair threshold to get a conditional pass. My question, is there a set of tricks i can do to help this car get a pass?
it has usual gas mileage for a v6 22-25 mpg no smoke uses little oil 1 lt/4000k

any advice would be appreciated
