95 960 front brake pads 900

We need to replace the front pads on our 95 960, and would like to know if there are any good altenatives to Volvo pads for wear, low brake dust and noise. We have used volvo pads, but found they leave a lot of dust on the calipers and linkages, an we had to grind them to keep them from squealing. Haven't done 960 front pads before, but did on my other cars. Any tips?
